At the time of booking, a deposit is required (of the total amount of the booking) of 50%.
No penalty will be applied for cancellations up to 15 days before the arrival date. The deposit payment will be retained in the case of cancellations from the 15th day before to the day prior to arrival.
The prices are in Euro and are based on 2 people sharing per room per night.
Breakfast is not included in the room rates.
It is possible to add a cot, a high chair and a cot in the Athlete Room or in the Apartment.

Absolutely not! We provide all that you need including sheets, towels, shower gel and linen slippers.
Linen bathrobes are available on request for € 5.00 per person per day.

We have 1 available parking space at a cost of € 20.00 per day. There are also pay and display car parks nearby.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside the structure, except on the beautiful shared terrace overlooking the rooftops of Modena.
